Best ever Omelet,

"I have just cooked and eaten my 'ABOUT' Sweet and sour omelet for lunch. It was delicious. I had to substitute a coule of the ingredients. I also added a couple of anchovies, a sprinkle of fresk mint and chopped chives from my garden, on the top. My 14 Y.O. daughter said it was "heavenly" Thanks for the recipe "About" it's not often she gives me a "grade a daddy" for my cooking.
