"Nice hearty soup.
I thought this was just the right amount of old bay. But I know some people like more. I figure on an ingredient like this the recipe is just just a suggestion. And in this case, it was a very good one as far as I was concerned.
You can find cream of crab soup in Maryland but it's usually gelatinous and disgusting. Better to stick with the local type of crab soup and get cream of crab when youre visiting someplace where they know how to make it."
