"I made this recipe "as is" with the exception of adding my oil from a jar of marinated artichokes. I then alternated the marinated artichoke chunks with the shrimp on the skewer. I used tail on raw frozen shrimp and it thawed as it marinated for four hours in the frig.......yummy! OH, and I forgot....I put all the ingredients together and chopped them with my hand immersion blender. The whole process took less than 30 seconds. I will make this often and it should be great with chicken as well. It's heavy on the garlic which is just fine with me!"
