Perfect for company or for lunches ...,

"Easy to make with ingredients that you likely have on hand. Easy to change the flavor by using a different cake mix (I used white, but chocolate would be good too), or by changing the filling ingredients (walnuts, chocolate chips, coconut - all would be good).
This is a GREAT basic cake recipe that you can modify to suit your family's tastes. I've packed up pieces for my husband and teenagers for their lunches for tomorrow (at their request, lol). This would also be a great cake to welcome a new neighbour or to take to a potluck. Yummy!"
