Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins,

"These are so good! They are very lemony, just the way I like them. It tastes
like a burst of sunshine in my mouth. These use real lemons. A friend
of mine made a recipe with lemon extract and it does not even compare.
I've made these several times in the past 2 weeks for a bake sale at my
daughter's school. As muffins, as a cake and as small loaves. All
have turned out wonderfully and all taste great. Thanks."
