"I substituted 2 tablespoons of Cointreau for the Muscat and waited until the last few minutes in the ice cream maker to add it, per the maker's instructions. This sorbet is absolutely AMAZING. I couldn't believe how delicious it was!
I also used a melon that was near to going bad, so super-ripe. That might have helped with the sweetness. Anyway I'll definitely be making this again!"
