Meatballs a Hit...,

"My 12-year old son had to prepare a "Spanish dish" to bring to his Spanish class buffet. We googled "Spanish recipes" and found this one. We had to double it so the time it took to prepare was also doubled... But we had a great time making it together and they turned out really yummy (be warned there will be flour everywhere if your 12-year-old gets that job). I would suggest a higher quantity of bacon... I found in our final product that it was hard to even taste the bacon (even w/ 8 strips!). So.... more bacon! :)
