7 Minute Frosting,

"Yes, the 1/4 teaspoon of salt is a misprint. It's supposed to be 1/4 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar - 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt. I normally use 3 egg whites, but, that's my preference. Other than that, this recipe is a good one for 7 Minute Frosting. I hope this clears up the confusion."
