Pistachio Cake,

"My husband loves Pistachio's, so I decided to start searching for a cake recipe to surprise him with. All I can say, is that I will definitely be baking this many more times. My husband loved it. I also made the icing recipe, which he really, really liked as well. He said he could just eat the icing by itself right out of the bowl. He also said the cake was so good, that he would eat it also by itself without icing. As a matter of fact, he didn't want me to ice it, but to keep the icing in the fridge so he could put as much as he wanted on the cake or so he could eat the cake plain if he wanted. Very good recipe. Worth trying. I highly recommend it."
