"I have been using this recipe for two years now and everyone loves it. Whenever there is a BBQ, dinner party or just us girls sitting around, I get asked to make it. It was such a big hit at our July 4th cookout that someone is paying me to make it this weekend. 13 whole gallons. Anyway, the best wine to use to compliment the flavors is the Gallo Twin Valley Chardonnay. But as mentioned, let it marinate and the better it will be."
