Easier than I thought, June 15, 2008

"Thanks for this great recipe. It really was easier than I thought. I just didn't understand why the syrup is made a day in advance. Is it beacuse it needs to be cooled? I found it hard to pour the syrup until I gave it a quick microwave...it was a little stiff and sticky (perhaps my fridge was too cold)
Wonderful stuff...enjoyed around the world and now in my world too!"
