"I cook on average about 20 briskets per day. Yes I own a Rib place. I have used many, many rubs just to try new things, I have used that rub with a 18 hour smoke @ 185 using hickory and cherry. It was as moist as my best brisket with a different flavor, but very tasty. So that is my grain of paprika, so to speak."
