Even without the bacon...,

"I made two versions, one with and one without bacon.
When in a rush with my guests waiting I skip the bacon....
A great and elegant snack that goes well with any drink.
Sometimes I replace the goat's cheese and have blue cheese with a pecan nut. It's the kind of appetizer that works well with other variations.
This one is definitely a good one, classic and good."
