Best fish recipe, May 21, 2008

"I have cooked dorade many ways, but this was by far the best. I did not find the potatoes cooked through, but that was the only drawback. I will definately use this again and recommend it to friends. The fish was exquisitely soft and full of flavour. Do not be worried about the amount of oil, it does not come out oily. The potatoes will be regenerated tommorrow in some way."
