"The book, "THE LAST CHINESE CHEF"inspired me to turn to Wikepedia, since it did not show up in "1001 foods you must taste before you die" book.
This reminds me of the cereal Cream of Rice, popular many years ago, before the affluence period we are now in. It was good with melted butter, tasting sort of like popcorn and very soothing.
The Last Chinese Chef, is maybe one of the best books I have read...."
