Love this soup!,

"I started with fresh, home-made chicken stock and had about 8 cups, so I upped the rest of the ingredients accordingly. I omited the celery (not a fave) but added a bit more fresh bamboo shoots. At the final taste test, it appeared to be lacking across the board (due to my starting with more stock), so I added a glug more Nam Pla and lime juice AND a tablepoon of Tom Yam soup paste. That did it. I'm slurping away as I speak, hope I don't slop any on this page :-)"
