"Before I begin to write a review, I want to make sure that this recipe is for authentic Thai iced tea. If the intention was just to create an iced tea, then this review does not count.
The tea leaf that use in this recipe is wrong. Thai tea has a distinctive aroma that no other tea has. If black tea is used, then the finished iced tea would not be Thai iced tea. Thai iced tea does not contains cardamon or cimnamon."
