"ANOTHER recipe I've been making for a long time. I got the recipe from my sister's Hungarian mother-in-law, a wonderful cook. I sometimes stir a tablespoon of flour into the sour cream, which I prefer to heavy cream. It prevents the sour cream from separating out into a watery liquid. Do make this dish if you haven't tried it. It's a great dairy meal."
