"I made Darlene's Thai BBQ Chicken dish yesterday for Mother's Day and it was a great hit! My uncle had thirds!
The chicken and dipping sauce have bold flavors and I even ended up licking the sauce off my fingers and then my plate!
I marinated the chicken overnight and also added a bit more brown sugar in the dipping sauce.
This dish is fantastic and is a keeper! Thanks Darlene.
Why don't you start a Thai Cooking Show?? I'd watch every episode
