"Just looking at the picture of the recipe, i could tell it was going to taste good so i tried it this evening for dinner and it came out so yummy, i wolfed down the entire lot ;) Being living in France, i used our equivalent of processed cheese called Kiri (but i guess that any processed typed cheeses can do). That cheese has a creamy texture and was going very well with the shiso leaves. I guess you could stick to the 8 shiso leaves Setsuko suggested but if you are so fond of shiso as i am, just double the quantity and i can assure you it will be delicious !:) I will definitely try this recipe very very soon ;)"
