different approach - gluten free,

"We love this, but in a slightly different version. My wife is (God bless her!) allergic to gluten in wheat and can eat nothing with flour in it. In an effort to give her as much variety as possible (it's really tough to find gluten free foods) we experiment a lot. This same dish is especially tasty when prepared with actual porridge - that is steel cut (we use Irish) oats instead of the bread. Tastes great without the gluten!"
