"This is just about what Cannoli cream filling is. Since I am doing low carbs I won't eat the cannoli tube but the cream is so delicious. To make this really creamy whip the ricotta with 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and make sure you chill thoroughly. Also you can garnish with chopped almonds or fresh berries."
