Good cake,

"The first time I made this I didn't let it bake long enough and it stuck. Plus with the almond flavoring, I really couldn't taste the peaches. The second time I made it I baked it the full 1 1/2 hours and let it sit in the pan for 30 min before I tried to turn it out. I also omitted the almond flavoring and substituted 3/4 t cinnamon and some fresh grated nutmeg. Totally different cake!! I LOVE IT!! I can't wait to take it to work. The loved the first cake so I know they will love it with the changes."
