Just like NY style pizza crust,

"My husband and I loved this recipe. We have tried a number of recipes but none ever came close to a NY style foldable pizza crust. This was a winner. We will definitely make this again and we'll share the recipe with friends and family who bake their own pizza. Thanks for a great recipe. Great taste! Easy to make! Foldable! FYI-We used King Arthur Bread Flour, instant yeast ( not the packet type) and 1 tspn of Diastatic Malt Powder. Followed the recipe otherwise. 1/2 of the dough makes a 12-14" pizza."
