Baccala baked in tomato sauce,

"This is an old recipe which my mother made when I was little. She would soak the fish in milk rather than water, saying that milk took the salt out better. She then would add in a casserole dish, the fish,onions, garlic, green pepper, a bit of oregano, and the homemade tomato sauce with bread crumbs on the top. Bake at 325-50 degrees until done. I don't remember how long, but at least 1 hr. should work. It is absolutely delicious, served with whatever you like, a salad, risotto, etc. As a child, I didn't care for it, as an adult, I love it!!"
