"Please show more G.F. baking that doesn't use gluten-free baking mixes. They're very expensive and some of us, like myself, have to budget. I use an all-purpose baking mix that I put together from the separate ingredients. Perhaps you could feature such recipes. Any good gluten-free cookbook has a recipe for all-purpose mixes. Thank you for considering my request. I enjoy your site and make many of your recipes."
