Don't bother cooking,

"This is a great receipe except that I find you don't need to cook it. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. You can leave the skins on - they add a bit of colour flecks. If it turns a bit brown you can add a bit of asorbic acid but the lemon juice should prevent that. The sauce tastes totally different. Much fresher tasting and there are never any left overs."
