"I tried this recipe for the root beer fans in my family. It was a hit with the root beer lovers, but not so popular with others. It was easy to make and had a nice creamy texture. I found McCormick's root beer concentrate at WalMart. 1 Tablespoon was too much. Next time I will try 3 teaspoons. I also plan to try using milk instead of sour cream."
