"I liked everything about this recipe except for the type of fish recommended. The sauce was surprisingly good, and the dish was quite easy to make. In the future I'd probably use chicken, pork, or shrimp and/or scallops as the fish suggested just didn't work for me. I also think baby corn would be a good addition."
