Great for Sunday Brunch,

"I made this recipe for eight guests for a Sunday morning brunch. Everyone loved it. I used two quarts of strawberries, however, and I was glad I did because everyone really enjoyed the berries.
I also made a potato/cheese/bacon casserole which paired nicely with this, but you could easily serve it just by itself. A little whipped cream on the top makes a nice presentation."
