Very accurate title!,

"I made this for my girlfriend and I last night, and it was one of the best meals I've ever made. I cut the amount of chops down but made the same amount of sauce because I was serving pasta with it, and we were both very impressed. I did have to stop my girlfriend from burning her fingers: she wanted to get at the chops as soon as they were done because the kitchen smelled so wonderful.
I didn't use the garnishes just because I didn't find it necessary in this situation. Also, I cooked the chops on a cast iron skillet with a bit of olive oil rather than on any sort of grill. On a medium/moderate heat, it took around the 20 minutes the recipe calls for and came out completely delicious. You do have to keep an eye on both the chops and the sauce, but if you're used to multitasking while cooking it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
