Best ever chocolate cookies,

"I had to prepare a Kosher dessert for my child's Christmas around the world celebration.
After the party, I have been asked numerous times for this recipe.
I just used the flour, and when I make them again, I'll use butter.
It's an expensive cookie, but many compliments.
I'll make them a new Christmas cookie tradition"
