Good side dish,

"The mixture of flavors was interesting -- although, of course, paprika is a type of pepper. It's a vey good accompaniment to, or on top of, braised meat. Sour cream adds even more.
One surprising error, though -- in the pronunciation of "Lecso." ALL Hungarian words have the accent on the first syllable; although many vowels have dots, double dots, dashes and double dashes as well as their absence, these are actually the way to pronounce the vowel -- a much smarter method of spelling than English is."
