"This cheesecake was actually edible! I'm surprised since it's fat free and only used one type of cheese. I used splenda sugar blend, and made crust out of low fat graham cracker and applesauce. I mean you could definitely tell it was no fat but it was pretty good! I ate it all :) I made 1/4 recipe and with my changes the nutrition facts were:
Cals: 256
Fat: .9g
Carbs: 32g
Protein: 22.7g
Fiber: .9g"
