Recipe needs correction,

"I gave a 5 star rating to the dish itself .. the finished product, but it took two tries to get there because the recipe is not clear. First of all, the dough will ... require some water ... it is far too stiff (I used 500 g flour). The dough must be fluid enough to roll very thinly ( less than 1/4"). How to roll isn't clear, but I rolled the dough out on a hard surface, before putting it on a cloth ... thinking the dough might permeate the material if rolled on the cloth. Lastly, there is an egg listed in the filling ingredients, which I missed because it is not mentioned in the text. Beat the egg and mix it thoroughly with the cooled meat, before spreading on the dough. The finished product is terrific. I used it as an appetizer."
