"My husband and I are big brussels sprouts fans. I served this dish with leftover baked ham, steamed carrots, pickles and black oiives plate and cottage cheese salad with pineapple rings. A very nice dinner. I will take the "snappy sprouts" to my next pot-luck invitation."
