Tender Tasty Turkey,

"To tell the truth I am not a big fan of Turkey, but this Thanksgiving I tried this Brine Recipe. I followed the instructions up to the Kosher Salt, I used Sea Salt (same amount). This turkey was so tender and tasty, my family could not believe it, and the gravy that the drippings made was delicious. From now on I will be brining all my turkeys like this, and I'm also going to try it on a whole chicken. The only thing I can say is try it, you'll like it."
