Great use for my special berries!, August 5, 2008

"We were recently in ME and bought blueberries from a street vendor on US 1. I wanted to find a recipe that showcased the berries and their wonderful flavor.This recipe fit the bill. It was moist & flavorful. The streusel going inside instead of on top was a different twist and really added to the flavor- plus it didn't get too brown as happens sometime with streusel topping. Very easy- loved the walnuts in it- will keep this one forever!"
