"As the writer describes, these are fragrant, light and fluffy. I adapted the recipe using my own tried and tested recipe but added the strawberry puree. Mine were a lighter pink shade and the strawberry pieces weren't so noticeable but still were the best I'd ever made. Great for Wimbledon!
Will make again and next time I'm going to try other fruits, maybe blueberries or raspberries."
