"This recipe was easy to make and tasted great! I just loved the accompanying sauce, and the beef turned out very tender. It's a good idea to stay with it when it's cooking and check it often, cutting the steak open to see if it's done, otherwise it's easy to overcook it, and then it won't be tender. In Thailand it is served quite red in the middle. I had this dish once there where it was grilled outdoors - will be sure to try it like that when summer comes."
