"I liked the flavor of the dish. I’m not an experienced kitchen person, so keep that in mind if you are reading this. I decided to cut the spinach while raw and think that is easier than after it is cooked. I used a combination of white and black sesame seeds. Next time I will use the black only. I don’t think there is much taste difference, just looks. The spinach shrinks down a lot, so keep that in mind when cooking it for multiple people. I also chilled the results prior to serving and just kept the leftovers in the fridge for use later. It seems to keep fine for a few days. Robert"
