"Barm Brack it is very similar to Russian Easter cakes, only they even more rich: 1 kg of a flour
200 gramme of cream
250 gramme of a butter
1 glass of sugar
12 egg yolks
1/2 cup almonds,
1/2 cup of raisin
1/2 cup of candied fruits
1 teaspoon of salt
100 gramme of yeast (usual)
Vanilla sugar
Powdered sugar"
