Love this recipe!,

"I made this recipe for a potluck dinner and it was a smash! (no pun intended) I love the chunkiness of the potatoes. I was a bit skeptical of the sour cream at first because I had never used this ingredient in mashed potatoes before, but they were incredibly creamy and delicious, and the roasted garlic was a great touch. I will definitely make these again."
