"I was looking for a simple recipe for cheese blintz and these ended up being delicious. I will definately make them again. The only thing that I did a little different was since I could only find farmer cheese at the deli in slices, so I minced it up into little squares. I also fried the rolled up blintz in some butter so that the cheese melted. They were very yummy."
