easy pineapple upside down cake,

"we made two of these cakes for an hawiian party and everyone complimented us on how beautiful they looked and how good and moist they tasted. They were simple to make and came out of the pan with onto a platter (or cookie sheet ) without any trouble. We just tapped the bottom of the cake pan a few times before we lifted it off . Being able to use cake mix really simplifies this recipe. We served them with cool whip (or whipped cream)to make the taste even better."
