Spicy Satay Peanut Sauce,

"There is WAY TOO MUCH chilli oil in this recipe. It kept separating on me when simmering it and It overpowered the other flavors. I only put in 1 tbsp of the chilli flakes and it was still REALLY HOT! I like hot so that's ok. I would make it again but cut way back on the chilli oil and maybe add a bit of brown sugar or palm sugar to it."
