Easy Garlic Shrimp,

"This recipe was so easy to make that is hard to believe that it could be so very delicious!!! It was actually tastier than the same dish in my favorite Thai restaurants!! I used largish tiger shrimp which had the shells already split (zippered). I marinated and stir fried the shrimp with the shells on, which kept the shrimp very tender and juicy. I know I will be making this recipe again, many times in the future!!"
