"Went to a "New Orleans" themed party, and we were supposed to bring a dessert. While I admit at first the ingredients were a little intimidating - as I have no experience with New Orleans food - I decided to give it a try. I've used Mrs. Pelligrenelli's recipes before and they've always been awesome!

The dessert couldn't have been any easier to put together. Maybe 10 minute prep time!! The results....

No one else at the party had ever tried it before, but it was the rave of the dinner! Even "bird" eaters who were only willing to try a small portion at first came back for seconds!

Bring this dessert out for your Mardis Gras party, and people will be asking you for the recipe too!
