"I was in the military and had the privilege of living in Germany. This is a great recipe. The way us military folks remember these the most was at the corner stands where they would be served as Schnitzel Sandwiches. Fry these up and put them between some great crusty bread with some mayo, lettuce and tomatoe. YUM."
