Impressed some unimpressable,

"This was an amazing recipe. I did not make the coconut rice, but rather the fish. I used Angelfish that I caught the same day. The flavors were pronounced and delicious. I ended up making fish tacos with the fish recipe, and they were out of sight. I will make this again in the future."
